Ayurvedic Tea that will Help Relieve Constipation

Flaxseed, also known as alsi in Hindi, are excellent for digestion and makes for an excellent laxative. Flax seeds are full of fiber, particularly insoluble fiber. In addition to this, flaxseed also contain a soluble fiber called mucilage, which bind with water to create a gel that helps keep the movement soft and painless.
How to Make Ayurvedic Flaxseed's Tea --
According to 'The Complete Book Of Ayurvedic Home Remedies' by Dr. Vasant Lad, " boil 1 tablespoon of flaxseed in a cup of water for at least 2 to 3 minutes. Then at night drink the whole cupful, including the tea and the seeds."
